1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
10 chicken drumsticks
- Place the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds in a flat container suitable for marinating.
- Add chicken drumsticks [ skin off if desired]. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
- Place chicken on baking tray and pour marinade over.
- Cook at 180 c for approximately 40 minutes or until golden. Serve with salad or vegetables.
