300 g petai
300g prawns
1 big onion
salt to taste
(A) POUND
8 small onions
4 cloves garlic
2 candlenuts
30 g belacan
(B)
3 tbsp chilli paste
2 tbsps sugar
METHOD
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil wok, stir fry (A) and (B) until fragrant.
- Add all the ingredients and stir fry until cooked. Serve with white rice.
COOKING TIPS....
Don't boil petai before stir fry, vitamin will be lost when boiling.
