SAMBAL PETAI PRAWNS....

INGREDIENTS

300 g petai
300g prawns
1 big onion
salt to taste

(A) POUND

8 small onions

4 cloves garlic

2 candlenuts

30 g belacan


(B)

3 tbsp chilli paste
2 tbsps sugar

METHOD


  1. Heat 3 tbsp of oil wok, stir fry (A) and (B) until fragrant.
  2. Add all the ingredients and stir fry until cooked. Serve with white rice.

COOKING TIPS....

Don't boil petai before stir fry, vitamin will be lost when boiling.
