Stir Fried Curried Crab..

INGREDIENTS

2 kg Crabs
Salt to taste
1 cup water

(A) Pounded

10 small onions
5 cloves garlic

(B)
2 stalks curry leaves

1/2 tbsp ground coriander seed

1/2 tsp fennel

1/2 tsp cumin

2 tbsps curry powder

1/2 tbsp chilli powder

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp
sugar

METHOD

  1. Mix (A) and (B) to form a curry paste.
  2. Heat 4 tbsps of oil in wok, stir fry curry paste until fragrant.
  3. Add crabs. Stir fry evenly with 1 cup of water, cover and cook for 6 minutes. Remove and serve hot.

COOKING TIPS......

Crab will get bad smell first before died, and the legs will drop off from the body..
